Traditional Chinese Medicine
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) offers a variety of therapies that can help support your unique health challenges and goals.
Nutritional Therapy
Nutritional therapy deals with the therapeutic properties of foods, their effects on health, and the therapeutic use of food in the prevention and treatment of illness.
There are many simple changes you can make to your diet to help increase your fertility. Your specific recommendations are based on your individual diagnosis and treatment goals.
Supplements
While not traditionally considered part of TCM, supplements and vitamins can be a powerful tool to address fertility issues, improve egg and sperm quality, and support overall well-being.
We stay up-to-date on current medical research and and recommendations for fertility support, because it’s important that supplements are tailored for your specific needs.
Moxibustion
Moxibustion, or moxa, is the process of burning the herb mugwort near the skin for therapeutic purposes.

Moxa is very helpful in stimulating the turning of breech babies as well as treating nausea, anemia, edema, and more. Moxa also increases blood flow, aiding in the treatment of pain.
Cupping Therapy
Cupping therapy can be a welcome addition in postpartum recovery. It is very similar to having a deep tissue massage, but instead, cups are applied creating a vacuum suction. This suction helps relax muscles and increase blood flow to tight or injured areas.
Cupping can be performed by itself, or during an acupuncture session.
Reflexology
Reflexology is an ancient healing art that involves manipulation of pressure points in the hands and feet.
Reflexology can be very helpful for fertility! Reflexology treatments can regulate hormonal imbalances, reduce stress, improve sleep quality, and promote healthy digestion and detoxification.
